When will the game be finished?

We don’t have a set release date yet. Beat Banger is being developed by a small team, and that means our timeline can shift when unexpected things happen (which they often do in game development!). Our goal is to make the best game we can, not to rush it out the door.

We’ll share updates and progress along the way, but rather than giving a date we might miss, we prefer to say it’ll be done when it’s ready. 💪

Where is the legacy version?

The legacy version of Beat Banger refers to older builds of the game that were released before major engine and content updates. These versions are no longer publicly listed on the main download page.

They still circulate in the wild within the community. Players who downloaded them when they were originally available sometimes share them informally through private links, DMs, or archived file repositories.

Legacy versions are no longer supported, meaning they won’t receive bug fixes, patches, or official help. Download and play them at your own risk, and back up your game files before running.

How do I get Beat Banger early access?

Subscribe to the Early Access tier ( $7+ / month ) on the Patreon. After joining, you’ll receive a private Itch.io link to the latest alpha build, which is typically ahead of the public Steam release.
